As of 9:45 p.m. Sunday I have completed Pride and Prejudice. I have the six other novels in the book, but I'll probably read some other things before undertaking another Jane Austen novel.
Coincidentally, yesterday afternoon I watched Becoming Jane. Except for the difficulty of understanding some of the accent, it was really good. I think I enjoyed it too know I was finished Pride and Prejudice the same day.
Excellent movie I would recommend. The only objectionable element was the mother and minister's wife referring to her d _ _ _ potatoes. There were some quite humorouse lines as well.

I liked the DVD much better than the book. Same for SENSE AND SENSIBILITY.
