I mentioned this website in a post a few days ago. I haven't read through all his entried yet so I don't know if this is on his list, but this morning I woke up and thought about perfect attendance Sunday School pins. You'd get a pin and then each year you had perfect attendance you added a bar at the bottom.
A father at the school I taught at in Illinois had something like 40 some years of perfect Sunday School attendance. The local Christian bookstore special ordered his bar for him every year to add.
